Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Nlir33, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, design, and functionality of our lighting products.
Each item is carefully made to order and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However,
we understand that issues may arise, and we aim to handle returns and refunds swiftly and fairly.
Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a return if your item meets all the following conditions:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging and resellable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that have been wired, mounted, or show any sign of installation cannot be returned.
Return Window
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of
the issue. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and provide the appropriate return address.
Please ensure items are securely packed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your
original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is damaged upon return
- Components are missing
- The return was made outside the eligible window
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for faulty or damaged items. Contact us with a photo of the damage at

We currently ship Australia-wide. For international orders, please contact us at

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Our lights are made to order and carefully tested
prior to dispatch.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship using Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional Areas: 3-7 business days
- Remote Areas: Delivery time may vary
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $300. Express
shipping is available at additional cost.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please check the tracking link. For further
assistance, contact [email protected]. Nlir33 is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or
factors beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, weather).
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 5 days with photos of the product and packaging. If a
parcel is lost, we will work with Australia Post to investigate. Replacements or refunds are issued at
our discretion.
